Having travelled this great country a few times with a caravan, we have like most regular travelers minimised what we carry.Have carried enclosed gas BBQs, electric hot plates, trucky butane gas burners & a multitued of other cooking methods, all have there good & bad points.We have a new van with a gas bayonet & purchased the Gasmate single wok burner from Caravan RV Camping as they had a great price & free delivery.We cook on this burner with BBQ plate & use pots & pans with great results. The unit is easily adjusted with two burner rings allowing for low to high heat,no need to carry spare gas bottles & being stainless steel finish it cleans up like new. We highly recommend the Gasmate single wok burner.
