How large is the VanTenna unit?
The VanTenna is 302 x 302 x 302mm. This is a lower profile then most roof mounted air-conditioning units.

How often do I need to charge the battery?
You should fully charge the battery after every use. If the Robot Trolley isn’t used for longer than two months, inspect and fully charge the battery to maintain battery health and performance.

How long can I operate the Robot Trolley on a single charge?
The included battery provides about 30 minutes of run time per charge.

Does the Robot Trolley require maintenance if stored?
Yes — it should be operated at least once every 2 months while in storage to help keep the battery healthy.

Can I use this with a standard tow ball?
No — the tow ball attachment isn’t available in Australia. The unit mounts to your drawbar/chassis bracket, meaning it’s suitable for anything on wheels within its weight capacity but not directly to a standard tow ball.

Will the trolley work on an incline?
Yes — as long as the slope isn’t greater than 10% incline and the load stays within the rated towing capacity.
