For drying convenience wherever you travel, the Camec 3.2kg compact dryer partners perfectly with the Camec 4kg front load washing machine to give you the freedom to do your washing whenever and wherever you need to, regardless of the weather conditions. The Camec dryer features simple operation with high and low heat settings. It has been designed to allow for upside down mounting to provide you with the option to have a left or right hinge to ensure it will work within your space requirements. This machine is covered by a 1 year warranty.

Yes, per the manual you will require 100mm of clearance at the rear of the unit and with a vent or vent and ducting included.

I didn't purchase for in a camper; I was looking for a compact dryer that needed to fit into a small space in our office to just dry tea towels. It fitted perfectly and does a great job.
