Simply remove the self-adhesive backing on the aluminium runner and adhere either vertically or horizontally inside your caravan or RV cupboard (approx in line with the middle of where your items sit). Slide the sturdy plastic stopper in and adjust to the correct height for your items, then lock it in place.
