What if I need more battery capacity, can this be expanded?
Yes, you can connect it to Anker Solix BP3800 Expansion Batteries to increase the total capacity up to 26,880Wh.

Can I use the USB-C ports to re-charge the power station?
No, these only support output and cannot be used for input charging.

How do I charge my EV?
Double-press the AC outlet button to activate the dedicated EV mode. You then must set your EV's charging rate to less than 10A (e.g., on a Tesla) to prevent overloading the power station. Always refer to the user manuals of the car and the power source before continuing.

How can I store this if I don't plan to use it for a long time?
Power it off and store in a cool, dry place. Make sure to check the battery weekly and if it drops below 30%, top it up. It needs to also be charged to 100% every 3 months to prevent the battery from degrading.
