Is there a minimum wall thickness requirement to install the awning?
Yes, it should be at least 35mm. The mounting bolts will need to be shortened if your wall is thinner than this, just so the interior cover caps can fit correctly.

Can I have the awning extended while there is heavy rain or snow?
No, this awning is intended to withstand moderate conditions. It should be retracted in extreme conditions to avoid damage to the awning and prevent safety hazards,

Can I use a pressure washer to clean the awning?
No, you should never use a high-pressure washer or any abrasive agents as this will damage the fabric. To clean the awning, you can use a solution of 30ml detergent and 30ml bleach per 10L of water. Soap the fabric down, let it soak for 5 minutes, rinse completely with clean water, and allow it to dry fully before storing.
