We just bought a new essential van with one of these fridges; they didn't plug it into PowerPoint. Would there be any reason for this?
There should be no reason why the fridge cannot be connected to the 240V power supply. It is recommended to contact the caravan manufacturer to confirm why the 240V circuits might not be connected.

Where are the temp control panels for fridge area and freezer area? Could you please tell me what power this fridge freezer uses?
The control panel is located on the separating panel between the fridge and freezer doors. The power rating (AC) is 85 watts

Is the fridge 2 way? Can I use as 12v when traveling then switch to 240v when have power? If so, which switch is used?
Yes, the Dometic RCD10.5XES 200 Litre Fridge runs off both 12V and 240V power sources, so you can use 12V for travel. It has auto power selection, so it will automatically choose a 240V power source when available.

Can the control panel between the two doors be relocated for a continuous cabinet door to be fitted? 2. Will the door hinges be fitted on the preferred side (left hand) prior to delivery?
The Dometic RCD10.5XES Fridge should come as a right hinged door from factory but is easy to change to right hand side as needed! The control panel unfortunately cannot be moved from where it is.

Great service. Arrived quicker than expected. Easy to instal myself. Switches from 12v to 240v without a change in sound. Very quiet. Need to get up close to see if working. Wife loves it too.
