This genuine MaxxAir lift motor is a direct replacement for the powered-lift mechanism in MaxxFan® Plus / Deluxe roof vent units. When your vent lid fails to open/close properly (or the motor is soft, jerky or silent), replacing the lift motor restores smooth, reliable lid operation. The part is listed under MaxxAir’s official spare-parts schema for many Deluxe models.
- Compatible Models: MaxxFan Plus / Deluxe series including 45 00K-/49 00K, 70 00K-/89 51K etc. For example: 4500K/4540KI, 4000KI, 7000K/7500K.
- Purpose: Drives the lid-lift gear for the vent lid.

These Guys were great to deal with . My first unit had a problem and did not weigh at the correct weight. They send a replacement and I did not even have to ask for it. They seen it from the review I left and instantly sent a new one. That is service that is hard to find today. The new one is spot on. I know this as I had a total professional weigh and the milenco unit was with in a few kg. very happy I now have something I can trust if I make changes to the way I load my caravan.
