This genuine MaxxAir operator mechanism is a direct replacement part for the powered-lift lid system on MaxxFan Plus and Deluxe roof vents. It drives the gear that lifts the vent lid smoothly and reliably. When your vent lid won’t open or close properly, makes excessive noise or the lift mechanism has failed, this part restores correct operation.
Suitable for MaxxFan models with powered lid lift, such as 4500K / 4540KI / 7000K / 7500K series.
