Even heat distribution with the ability to preheat in 5 minutes (250°C) is perfect for searing steaks & great for cast BBQ plate cooking, ideal for bacon, eggs & caramelised onions. The visible temperature gauge & battery-free piezo ignition create a convenient cooking experience.
