BMPRO J35D Lithium Compatible Battery Management System

J35 Model D is lithium compatible battery management system specifically designed for Jayco Australia. It features a built-in solar regulator and a multi-stage battery charger to ensure long battery life.

Use J35D to charge all types of lead acid batteries as well as lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. J35  allows charging of battery banks of up to 600Ah in capacity.

J35D allows you to charge the caravan battery to the optimal charge level from 230-240 Volt mains, your solar panel (28 Amp, or three panels 450W total), or from any auxiliary input, such as a power generator or your vehicle.

J35D will increase the life span of your battery thanks to the multiple battery protection features, such as low voltage disconnect, storage mode and multistage charging.  There are 14 outputs to connect your DC appliances, including hot water, water pump, lights, and many more. Built in electronic fuses protect the loads.

Offered as an option in a range of Jayco caravan models,  the J35D can recover and charge a heavily discharged LiFePO4 battery. The internal Battery Management System (BMS) of a LiFePO4 battery will turn off if it detects that the battery is heavily discharged. The J35D will provide the voltage to restart the LiFePO4 battery’s BMS and then commence charging of the LiFePO4 battery.

Pair J35D with the monitor, such as JControl, or a JHub app, to monitor your caravan power and control its functions.

We recommend using J35D power and battery management system with BMPRO Invicta Lithium batteries.

BMPRO MiniBoostPro 30A 12V DC to DC Battery Charger with Solar Input

BMPRO’s MiniBoostPRO is a compact DC-DC charger with solar input, specially designed for the RV market. The MiniBoostPRO offers effective charging of your caravan, 4WD or camper trailer’s house battery from the towing vehicle’s electrical system. Blending both solar and auxiliary inputs, the MiniBoostPRO provides a combined charging current of up to a maximum of 30A, with a preference to solar. It features proprietary technology designed to charge from modern car alternators.

*Please Note: The MiniBoost is not a power supply and must be connected to a battery.

BMPRO JControl 12V Display & Control Unit

The 12V digital battery monitor JControl is a display and control unit that connects to a J35 and displays a range of battery and water tank information. It acts as a fuel gauge by monitoring the current going in and out of the battery. It also displays information such as battery volts, solar and AUX input current, charge and discharge status, remaining battery capacity and water tank levels. JControl can be mounted on any internal wall of your caravan.

BMPRO BC300 External Shunt and CommLink

BMPRO BC300 External Shunt and CommLink provides additional battery monitoring for your BatteryPlus35 and J35 systems. The addition of the BC300 to the BatteryPlus35 and J35 battery management systems allows high current loads and external charge sources to connect direct to battery via the BC300 External Shunt. This enhances system behaviour with temperature monitoring of the battery for greater protection.

BC300  also provides your BatteryPlus35 and J35 with additional information on battery usage so your displays such as the Trek, JControl and JHub are always up-to-date on battery Time Remaining and State of Charge.

The BC300 External Shunt and CommLink communicates via Bluetooth and CAN bus. The BC300 External Shunt is designed for 12V batteries up to 800AH in capacity. The shunt is rated for ±240A constant and 300A peak.
