Purchased the EcoFlow 400w Monocrystalline folding solar blanket after trying numerous after market units (that didn't do the job). The build quality is fantastic. Charges our EcoFlow Delta Max in no time flat. In full sun, it actually produces 400W, which is it's rated output. Just great!

Is it possible to charge my deep cycle battery with the EcoFlow 400W solar blanket?
This 400W panel is made to work with EcoFlow Power Station:
- EcoFlow DELTA
- EcoFlow DELTA Max
- EcoFlow DELTA Pro
Please note that the open circuit voltage (VOC) for this panel is 48V. If you are planning on connecting this solar panel to a standard battery via a regulator, please take the high voltage into consideration. You will need a 48V Solar regulator.

What should I do if my solar panel isn't charging my portable power station?
- Please note that portable solar panels must be placed outdoors. They cannot charge a power station if placed indoors without exposure to sunlight.
- Check whether there is a connection issue and then try again.
- Confirm whether the input voltage and amperage match the specification of the portable power station. Also, check whether the positive and negative terminals are connected in reverse.
- Check the display for error prompts and resolve the issue accordingly.
- Third-party cables longer than 3 meters should have a wiring harness with a diameter of 6.5 mm and a wire diameter of 4 mm2, otherwise there will be no input power on the display screen.
- If the portable solar panel still does not work properly after trying the above steps, connect the portable power station to a car outlet using the XT60 port. Contact after-sales for help and send a video of the steps you have carried out.

What are the solar panels made from? What is their waterproof rating?
They're made from monocrystalline silicon which is more efficient than polycrystalline. New materials like EVA and ETFE protect against high temperatures, corrosion, sunlight, as well as damage, which ensures that they can be used outdoors for long periods. They have a waterproof rating of IP67 and are also resistant to dust and UV rays.
