Fiamma's 46cm Helping Hand handle is formed from 30mm diameter, powder-coated aluminium for strength without excess weight. It swings out to provide a solid grab rail when entering or leaving your caravan, then folds flat across the door and locks to deter unwanted entry. Supplied ready to install, it suits both left and right-hinged doors and includes key lock, safety release and mounting covers.
