Does the foot arrive pre-attached?
No, it comes packed separately in the box. Before your first use, remove the pin from the base of the jack, insert the foot perpendicular to the handle, slide the pin back in, and fasten the locking clip.

Which way should the foot face once installed?
When on the ground, the foot needs to run parallel to the vehicle.

Which direction do I wind the handle to raise or lower the trailer?
To raise the vehicle, turn the handle clockwise. To lower it, turn it counter-clockwise.

How frequently will I need to lubricate the jack?
Every 5 months, a small amount of automotive grease should be applied to all moving components via the integrated nipple. If you use it quite often, we recommend lubricating it more frequently.

What are the low and high mounting application options?
The jack accommodates varying chassis heights using different mounting points:
- Low Application: When mounted on the lowest chassis point, it has a minimum pickup height of 259 mm and a maximum extension of 434 mm (with a total high point range up to 663 mm).
- High Application: Utilizing the alternative placement offers a maximum extended height of 838 mm.
