Can I set this up alone or is it a two-person job?
Yes you can however, we highly recommend it as a two-person job for ease, especially when sliding the front wall into the awning track and tensioning the Anti-Flap kit.

Can I leave this up in storm?It can withstand up to 80km/hr of winds however, it is still fabric and therefore susceptible to damage. In severe storms or gale-force winds, it is recommended to pack the walls away to prevent damage to the caravan's awning arms.

Is the floor included?
No. This purchase includes the draught skirt, poles, screw in pegs, and ladder straps. The floor will need to be purchased separately.

Why is there a lead time?
These are "made to order". As every caravan and awning projection differs, it takes time to perfectly tailor the annexe to individual vans.

What if I provide the wrong measurements on the sheet?
Built to order units are non-returnable so it is crucial to get the measurements correct before purchase. To eliminate possible discrepancies, have a second person help you measure and measure it a few times.

Can I use this on a Pop-top caravan?
Yes, these can be made for both.

Can I use my outdoor kitchen/BBQ inside the annexe?
You will need to specify that you need the "Gas/BBQ/Kitchen Compliant" option as these include permanent ventilation mesh in the draught skirt and end walls. Standard annexes are not gas-compliant as they don't have these vents and can trap carbon monoxide.

How do I attach the walls to my awning?
The side walls are attached using an Anti-Flap Kit which are sold separately. The longer front walls slide into the "rope track" on the barrel of the roll-out awning. The walls are then zipped together at the corners.
