Sturdy cast iron build, excellent little dip for tipping out liquid/fat. Used this now both on the fire and the stove. Gets super hot, brilliant for steak.

The pan is a great size and the pouring lip is helpful. Wooden handle remains cool which is a bonus. Being cast iron knew it was going to be heavy so cant really say thats a negative, but just something to be aware of.
