Can I connect two of these generators together for more power?
Yes, you can connect two units in parallel using an approved parallel cable kit and the generators need to be identical in power size.

How loud is the generator?
The inverter generator is built with protective acoustic casing to dampen sound. It produces a noise level of 64 dBA measured at a 7-meter distance.

Does the generator feature any automatic shutdown safeguards?
The unit has an integrated Low Oil Sensor that triggers when the oil level drops below a safe operational threshold, making it shut down to avoid core internal damage. The unit then cannot be restarted until the oil is replenished. The unit also has overload protection cutting powert if draws exceed its running capacity.

Is this generator suitable for rapidly changing electrical loads?
No. They cannot react fast enough to sudden, massive spikes in power demand as they automatically lower their engine speed to save fuel and reduce noise.It is best practice to always be aware of what loads you are running from the generator and keep within it's capabilities to avoid damaging the unit.

What is the ECO Mode / Low Idle Switch?
The generator has an automated Low Idle System. When engaged, it regulates the engine speed to match the active load, automatically speeding up or slowing down as devices turn on and off. This massively minimises fuel consumption, drops noise levels, and extends runtime.

Does it come pre-filled with engine oil?
No, for safety purposes it is shipped dry. Before initial startup, you need to manually add exactly 0.7L of 4-stroke automotive engine oil (SAE 10W-30) into the crankcase. Attempting to start it without oil will trigger the Low Oil Sensor and block the engine from cranking.

Can I keep ECO Mode turned on all the time to save fuel?
No, Eco Mode should only be engaged when your overall power load requirement is below 75% of the rated wattage (which is about 4125Watts or lower for this unit). If you want to draw heavy power continuously, then Eco Mode needs to be turned off to keep the engine at full speed and avoid stalling or surging.

Can I use the electric push-button start right out of the box?
No. The generator is delivered with the battery's negative terminal disconnected (this is for safety purposes). When received, you will need to open the battery access cover, pull out the battery, connect the black cable to the negative terminal, and secure it back in place before the electric or remote start options will work. Don't forget oil and fuel before starting!

What should I do if I plan to store the generator for an extended period?
Follow standard fuel-draining procedures, disconnect the negative battery cable, and wrap the exposed terminal with an insulator such as electrical tape. This will prevent the internal starter battery from completely losing its charge over time. As an alternative, you can attach an external trickle charger to maintain it. It is best practice to get the generator out and run it every few months with a load to keep everything lubricated.
