We were initially disappointed. When we went to use the cassette we discovered the next day that it was leaking due to a crack. We sent an email and the staff organised to have a replacement shipped out without question. We took some photos of the damage the replacement was perfect and undamaged. Well done. Will buy from again based on the after service alone.

This seems identical to one that came with the motorhome, so am not expecting any issues with it. I found a plastic box in Bunnings to put it in, just in case it leaks when full and we need to store in until the next dump point - there are many sizes available, but one of them was perfect for storage of a full cassette in an external locker.

You have to go to the toilet in your van and discover the cassette is full. This happened to us on our last trip away and that's when we bought a spare cassette for our Dometic CTS4110 loo. Purchased as an extra cassette for those times when camping off grid but unable to dispose of black waste appropriately ie National park or no dumps close by. Like how it can be significantly pulled apart (refer to instruction booklet) and can be washed in between the seals etc. Existing cassette is now 4 years old and as good as new.

An absolute must while traveling, the spare Dometic toilet cassette great original product at the best price available on the net. Others might advertise a lower price but strangely when you try and purchase they are out of stock. The spare will allow you to stay up to a week longer off grid, before making the trip to the dump point. Caravan RV Camping has always delivered on time and un damaged this is my go to online store.
