Amazing product and after sales service

Received our Thule bike rack and fitted it to my winnibago motorhome. wow she’s an absolute rig! Sturdy,compact and very light. 2 adult mountain bikes fit perfectly on the rack and when mounted are sturdy as. The bikes don’t move at all during hwy/gravel track use. Easy sliding of the rails to help position the bikes makes life easier. It took me 2 hrs to fit the system to my motorhome with basic tooling. Once fitted up I suggest spending some time doing a practice fit up of your bikes to position all the hold down points in the position you are 100% happy with before the morning of your maiden voyage. This set up takes a little time but well worth the effort. Once the rack is set for your bikes fitting of the bike takes about 1 minute. I Also added the 3rd bike rail for my daughters small mountain bike and all 3 bikes fit snug but very sound, that being said I did have to get creative with the mounting arms with the 3rd bike being smaller but still very sturdy. Above all this has been Caravan Rv Campings after sales service, as the rack 3rd rail arrived missing bolts. This fault was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the sales team and replacement parts were received in no time at all. Many thanks and a very happy bike rack camper.
