Return Terms

Items cannot be returned if they are opened, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Merchandise that has been opened, attempted to be installed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

You must return the item/s within 14 days of your purchase.

 

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund for where you:

- have simply changed your mind

- have made a wrong selection

- have found the goods elsewhere

If in the instance that any of the above (but not limited to) occurs, we are able to offer an exchange or a store credit, less shipping and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the affected item/s. Goods are returned at customers’ expense.
Please contact us via our Resolution Centre to arrange a return and a credit or exchange.

Received Incorrect Items

If the item you receive is different to the item you have ordered, contact us via our Resolution Centre on our website within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will organise for a return authorisation and the correct items to be sent to you.

 

Damaged Goods Returns

Damaged In Transit:
If you receive goods damaged during delivery:

  1. When signing for your delivery, make a note on the comments section of the con note.
  2. Take photographs of any damage to packaging or product.
  3. Contact us via our Resolution Centre on our website within 2 business days of receiving the order for further instructions.
  4. We will organise for a return authorisation and replacement item/s to be sent to you.

For products damaged upon opening, use instructions for warranty.

 

Warranty

If you believe that your product has a manufacturers defect:

  1. Take photos of any visible damage where possible.
  2. Contact us through our Resolution Centre on our website.
  3. Await further instructions from us.
  4. Items generally need to be returned to the manufacturer or assessed by a certified service agent.  If it is found by the manufacturer or the service agent to be a manufacturers defect, it is with the manufacturer that the next course of action is decided.
  5. If it is deemed not a manufacturers defect, any costs incurred is at your expense, including return freight of your items.

DO NOT return any items back to us without contacting us first.
