Axis products comes with a 2 Year Warranty. Please see specific Product Manual for more information.

  • CTEK Warranty:

Limited warranty

CTEK, issues a limited warranty to the original purchaser of the product. Depending on the product the limited warranty period will vary. The limited warranty is not transferable. The warranty applies to manufacturing faults and material defects. The warranty is void if the battery charger has been opened, handled carelessly or repaired by anyone other than CTEK or its authorised representatives. CTEK makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and is not liable for any other costs other than those mentioned above, i.e. no consequential damages. Moreover, CTEK is not obligated to any other warranty other than this warranty.

  • Fire Box:

Our (FireBox) products are guaranteed against defects for a statutory period of 12 months from date of purchase. This warranty is provided by Firebox Australia Pty Ltd ABN 75 116 370 793 of Lot 5/19 Balook Drive, Beresfield NSW 2322 Ph (02) 4966 4465.

  • Great Whites:

The light output of Great Whites Gen 1 and Gen 2 driving lights is warranted for up to 5 years or 50,000 hours, whichever occurs first. 

The light output of Great Whites Attack driving lights is warranted for up to 3 years or 50,000 hours, whichever occurs first.

  • J.W. Speaker:

1.2 Bulb-based, Legacy and Non-Lighting Products

All bulb-based, legacy and non-lighting products, including incandescent, halogen and HID lights, as well as electronic components, harnesses, mounting equipment and accessories not included with LED products provide a one (1) year warranty. Light bulbs are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.

2.0 LED PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS

The following exceptions apply to J.W. Speaker standard warranty:

  • All Heated Lights: Two (2) years
  • Model 8770 Locomotive Lamps: Four (4) years or 30,000 hours
  • Non-Heated EVO J3 Lights: Three (3) years
  • Model Trail 6 Flash, Sport, and Pro: Three (3) years
  • Model 210 Solar Lights:  One (1) year

  • Narva & Projecta:

Brown & Watson International Pty. Ltd. (“BWI”) of 1500 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield, Vic., telephone (03) 9730 6000, fax (03) 9730 6050, warrants that all products described in its current catalogue will under normal use and service be free of failures in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase by the customer as marked on the invoice (see elsewhere for specific warranty period). This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, alteration of products or damage caused by the purchaser.

To make a warranty claim the consumer must deliver the product at their cost to the original place of purchase or to any other place which may be nominated by either BWI or the retailer from where the product was bought in order that a warranty assessment may be performed. The consumer must also deliver the original invoice evidencing the date and place of purchase together with an explanation in writing as to the nature of the claim.

In the event that the claim is determined to be for a minor failure of the product then BWI reserves the right to repair or replace it at its discretion. In the event that a major failure is determined the consumer will be entitled to a replacement or a refund as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies that the consumer may have under State or Federal legislation.

Important Note
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

  • OEX:
