Could not be any happier with this new toilet certainly an upgrade to our old chemical toilet. Electric flush is a bonus but the bigger seat certainly a big win for me and a lot sturdier to sit on also fast delivery and great service thank you.
As close as you get to the real thing

This is our second Thetford toilet in our new build. It's absolutely as close as you can get to the real thing when enjoying the great outdoors. This full size toilet even has an electric flush. It's so easy to clean and we have concealed it in our bus for the ultimate off grid experience. Friends were recently completing a bathroom renovation and purchased one while the Reno was underway. They are now using it in their temporary poorhouse for the kids. Such a great quality product that is built to last.

Worth the little bit extra to go to the toilet camping remote in style. Flush works well, easy to clean, Go a few more days before filling it up. Height about the same as a normal toilet is the clincher for old knees!

What else do I need to purchase to use the toilet?
Thetford sell a range of toilet additives to help the odour and breakdown of fluids in the toilets. The pink range is used in the water flushing tank to keep the bowl fresh and clean. The blue and green bottles are used in the holding tank underneath to break down toilet paper and waste for easy emptying and odour control. Always dump waste in designated dump stations in Caravan Parks and towns.

Can you use supermarket toilet paper in the toilet?
You can use store bought toilet paper in the toilets. It may take longer to break down than the toilet paper designed for caravan and portable toilets. It is advisable to use as minimal amounts of paper each use to avoid clogging of the bottom tank.
