Thule ProBar Flex Roof Rack High, Sold as Pair
Roof rack load bars for vans, allowing fitting of Thule roof accessories.
Features:
- Compatible with the Thule SmartClamp System on the vehicle roof
- Set of 2 load bars to attach to the base rails (sold as a pair)
- Lockable with a key to prevent theft
- Max load of 75kg per set of bars
- Flexible position of the load bars on the base rails to avoid obstacles on the roof
- Fits all roof accessories and carriers compatible with the Thule ProBar
- Available in two different heights
- The roof rack is permitted to be assembled on cars with glass roof, unless otherwise is specified in mounting instruction.
- When carrying long loads, the distance between the load carrier bars should not be less than 600mm
- When several surfboards are being carried, they should not be placed beside each other but instead one on top of the other.
- Skis must be carried with their pointed ends facing the rear of the vehicle.

What is the load rating on road and off-road for the Front Runner roof racks & load bars?
Great question! Front Runner is one brand that has the same load rating for both on road and off road for all their roof racks/platforms. What you need to consider when loading the Front Runner racks & bars are:
- What is your load capacity of your car roof?
- What is the load rating of the roof rack/platform?
- What is the weight of the roof racks/platform?
- What is the weight of everything you want to add on your racks/platform?
For example:
Using a 2011 Toyota Prado 150 Series with a roof load rating of 100kg. The weight of the Front Runner Slimline II Roof Rack (KRTP011T) is 32kg. This leaves 68 kg on road and off-road load rating for you rack. You are able to add up to 68kg of gear on the roof rack.
